Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on dada88:

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bet acceptance: dada88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.
• Palpable errors: Any bet accepted as a result of a manifest error — including obviously incorrect odds, wrong team names, or typographical errors — may be voided by dada88 regardless of whether it has been settled.
• Suspended markets: dada88 may suspend any betting market at any time without notice. Bets placed on a market prior to suspension will be settled according to the rules applicable to that market.

Prohibited Conduct

Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

dada88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any time.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dada88's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
